Arabisk Development participates in the Invest Go exhibition in Assiut Governorate to showcase its projects

Arabisk Real Estate Development Company participates in many exhibitions in more than one governorate of Upper Egypt through the Invest Go Exhibition to launch a set of projects distinctive to the new Cairo, which are designed according to the latest technological systems.

The company is participating in the Inverest Go Exhibition in Assiut Governorate to display a group of projects implemented by the company in New Cairo, in several regions, including the Lotus and Andalus region, Home House, North House and violet,said Ammar Khalil, CEO of Arabisk Real Estate Development

He added that the real estate exhibition Baseet was attended by citizens wishing to acquire housing units, as the company offered real estate units in different areas ranging from 125 square metres to 235 square metres with facilities of up to 84 months.

Arabisk participated in last week’s exhibition in Luxor Governorate, and the project achieved success and witnessed the presence of citizens, which confirms that demand for real estate is high in Upper Egypt governorates, where citizens want a better life, safety and welfare.

Arabisk offers its projects to citizens in Upper Egypt to give them the right to know what the company offers – its new project, Alcazar Mini Compound-is a first project that operates entirely on a smart system, offering security, privacy, architectural innovation and the use of modern technology.

He stressed that the real estate sector is one of the sectors that achieve a high profitability rate, as it is considered safe investment compared to many sectors, and the sector contributes to a large proportion in growth and domestic gross product, as the state has achieved many achievements in the real estate sector and established many new cities, in addition to State support for developers, which gives the investor the real guarantee of investment in real estate.
