Hometown Developments starts opening markets abroad with success in achieving 45% of its foreign sales
Hometown Developments announced its participation in “Nile Property Expo” , which was held from February 17 to 19 in Riyadh, as part of the company’s strategy for 2022 to expand the marketing of its projects outside Egypt and open foreign markets for it.
Eng. Diaa El Din Farag, Hometown Chairman, said that this participation was the first one among a series of upcoming participations that the company will make in several foreign exhibitions, and this participation was distinguished by the national and unique turnout at the company’s pavilion during the exhibition due to the diversity of the company’s portfolio of projects and the presentation of special offers during the exhibition activities.
He explained that this participation is the company’s first actual steps in exporting real estate abroad, noting that the company owns projects that support its vision and strategy in exporting real estate.
He added that the company make studies about the needs of local and foreign clients, during working on the projects’ designs, which gave it confidence to participate in abroad exhibitions strongly, as Hometown is one of the first companies that applied to purchase plots of land in the New Administrative Capital, believing in the importance of the project, as it reflects a new vision for Egypt and a new awareness for launching a smart and sustainable city.

in Riyadh is a huge step for the company to start opening abroad markets, and this step is a part of several steps that the company is implementing now to play an important role in exporting real estate abroad, pointing that Hometown owns the ingredients that push it strongly to participate in foreign exhibitions.
She assured that the company owns many projects with uncomparable locations and designs that attract the abroad client, adding that the company has succeeded to market about 45% out of the total sales of its projects in the capital to clients outside Egypt during the last years, pointing out that the Nile Property Expo in Riyadh is one of the most important and largest foreign exhibitions.
Hossam Zayed, Sales Manager, said that “Hometown” has achieved strong sales during the past short period, which reflects the confidence of its clients in it, and the company also has a huge clients base from outside Egypt, which prompted it and its sales team to focus on Egyptian clients located abroad, and foreign ones, so it was necessary to participate in foreign exhibitions and focus on the idea of exporting real estate.
