Consultant Engineer Bahgat Sabry: the development of construction in the new Capital is the main attraction for foreign investments. 

In this speech during the Investors Hub organized by Ethmar event services, in Saudi Arabia earlier this week, Consultant Engineer Bahgat Sabry chairman of Constructa Real Estate Developments, stressed on the Importance of Egypt’s new capital, not just for Egypt or the region, as a source of attraction for foreign investments.

It is worth mentioning that the rate at which the construction is going, is one of the main reasons behind the Success of the New Capital, with construction almost going on 24/7, it increases the level of credibility needed to attract foreign investments.

He also mentioned the necessity to pay attention and support the exporting of real estate, which is beneficial for all parties.

Sabry also added that the closer we get to the date when the government plans to move to the New Capital, the more investors will be encouraged as they will benefit from the overall expected traffic.
