to be harmonious with all the details and design announced at launching of the project.
He pointed out that the company focused before designing the project, to include elements that will achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency and at the same time and to have an executable design, which is an equation that represents a strong challenge for the company, but it succeeded in it and implement the designs accurately, which will make the project an icon in MU23 area in the New Administrative Capital.
He reffered that “Capital Prime Business Park” project is a commercial, administrative, residential, hotel, and medical project, and it includes an administrative part with a total of 61 units with areas starting from 43 meters per unit, and Raef Fahmy’s office is the project’s engineering consultant, noting that the project includes 45 units in the commercial part with areas starting from 38 meters per unit, and the project also includes a medical part with a total of 21 units with areas starting from 22 meters per unit.
He confirmed that quality and efficiency in implementation are basic standards that the company does not give up, no matter the challenges facing achieving them, as it seeks it to represent an addition to its cumulative experience and credibility in real estate market.
