Expo Republic, an organizer of Conferences & Exhibitions, said that 20 real estate companies will take part in the 7th Edition of Nile Property Expo Exhibition, which is scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh city from 9 to 12 June.
Expo Republic has launched a new edition of Nile Property Expo in Riyadh to meet requests made by Gulf States’ clients and real estate companies in the hope of replicating successes scored during the previous edition of the exhibition in KSA’s Jeddah and Riyadh last February, which helped allure clients, signaling the return of the Egyptian exhibitions to Saudi Arabia.
Basem Kalila, chairman of Expo Republic, said that Nile Property Expo was attended by too many visitors, indicating a rising real growing demand for the Egyptian properties. The significant uptick in visits rates has led clients to ask for the launch of a new edition of the exhibition, he said, adding that developers managed to log sales of more than EGP2bn during the show.
The company’s promotional campaign relies much more heavily on social media websites, such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc, with these tools proving that they are faster and shorter in reaching out to targeted clients conventional promotional means,” he said.
He expects the new Edition of Nile Properties Expo in Riyadh to see clients’ surging presence outweighing the 40% attendance rates last seen in last February, thanks to its optimal timing, together with the more relaxed coronavirus-induced restrictions and precautionary measures.
Additionally, “ This edition of the exhibition coincides with KSA’s exams season and the start of holidays during which the clients’ purchasing drive for getting summer housing or investment units becomes fiercer,” said he.
Depreciating local currency and rising investment returns on the Egyptian properties induce the clients abroad, be they Egyptian expatriates or Gulf-states nationals, to buy real estates, which are seen as ultimate safe haven assets,” he continued.
The company, he added, is keen on handpicking serious-minded developers with outstanding track record, as well as on diversifying projects put up for sale, including those in the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, October, Ein Sokhna and the North Coast.
The New Administrative Capital and North Coast have attended to clients’ requests at the previous edition of the Exhibition, he explained.
Nile Property Exhibition 2022 seeks to replicate successes achieved in Gulf States over the past four years, during which flagship real estate projects were launched nationwide by leading developers, aided by significant facilities and offers, together with the highest return on investments in the Middle East.
