Captain Developments intends to participate in the activities of Egypt 2030 exhibition, which is scheduled to be launched in Dubai on February 18, to join a list of major companies present at the exhibition next month.
Ahmed Samir Fouda, “Captain Developments” CCO, said that the company plans to launch new phases of its projects in the New Administrative Capital and its project in Ras Sidr, in order to present a diverse package of projects to clients present at the exhibition, noting that the exhibition is an opportunity to market Egypt as a destination for a client looking for a distinct property.
He added that the company will offer units in “Smart Mall” project, which is a commercial mall only in the New Administrative Capital, and the company has started the project’s construction, as part of the company’s plan to be one of the first companies to deliver its projects in the promenade and entertainment area in the Administrative Capital, as the company will also launch the “Smart Tower” project during the exhibition with a medical administrative activity, with a height of 10 floors, in the Administrative Capital, as they are two distinguished projects that include various units for clients.
The company also plans to launch “Zain Bay” project, which is located in Ras Sidr, a project located in a privileged place in Sinai and considered one of the most distinguished projects in the region, as it is an opportunity for the client to own a property not only a beneficial interest, as the client owns a quota in the project land,
as it is an integrated resort located at the 44th kilometer of the Martyr Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel, 10 minutes from the heart of Ras Sidr city.
He added that all units overlook the sea, and the first phase will be delivered within two years, and the whole project will be delivered within 3 years, and all units are fully finished, explaining that the project includes various services, most notably a hotel, swimming pools, a kids area, security and guard services.
He assured that the company’s goal in attending the exhibition is to focus on being part of the state’s plan to export Egyptian real estate abroad and to reach Egyptian clients working abroad who wish to buy a property in Egypt, but they do not have full opportunities to choose, and the exhibition is an opportunity to provide hard currency for the state.
Khaled Abdel Rahman, CEO of AL Etegah Al Awal company- the exhibition’s organizer- pointed out that
diversification in the projects’portfolio is a strategic goal that is relied upon in cooperation with companies to attend the exhibition, as the client abroad aims to visit the exhibition to identify the largest amount of implemented projects, and to introduce multiple choices for him.
He added that the exhibition is a connecting link for Egyptian clients working abroad who have not visited Egypt for a while, to learn about the great achievements that Egypt is witnessing, the size of the investment opportunities offered by the comprehensive urban renaissance, and the creativity carried out by developers in their projects which make them qualified for global competition.
