The agreement was signed by Eman Elmelegy, Chairwoman of Golden Point Real Estate Developments, and Mr. Islam Hashim, Chairman of Tharaa Developments, in the presence of senior executives from both companies.
The first project, which represents the flagship outcome of this strategic partnership, enjoys a prime and exceptional location in New Cairo. The site was carefully selected to meet current real estate market needs and align with client expectations in terms of accessibility, planning quality, and investment value.
Hafez Consultants has been appointed to lead the project’s architectural design, underscoring the partners’ commitment to delivering a high-quality real estate offering. Additionally, ACE – Moharram Bakhoum has been selected as the project’s general consultant.
