Hometown Developments, Misr International Films sign an agreement to establish Premiere Cinemas within Village Mall, New Capital.

Hometown Developments announced having signed a cooperation agreement with Misr International Films, owners of Premiere Cinemas, one of the fastest growing cinema brands in Egypt, to establish a cinema multiplex within Village Mall in the New Administrative Capital encompassing 7 cinema halls.

The Chairman of Hometown Developments, Diaa El-Din Farag highlighted the importance of having strong and distinctive brands within commercial projects owned by the company in order to suit the needs of targeted customers in the project. Farag further declared that Premiere Cinemas is one of the most innovative and exhibitor-focused players in the Middle East, adding that MIF is a unique company founded by Egyptian pioneer film-maker “Youssef Chahine”, and that collaborating with MIF promises to be a strong addition to Village Mall, New Capital, ensuring a unique and distinctive experience for mall tenants and visitors alike.

He mentioned that Village mall project is the company’s third project in the New Capital’s Downtown area and is established on an area of 20,000 sqm, spanning 6 floors dedicated to F&B and entertainment outlets and characterized by a charming view over the Plaza’s green space that occupy 25,000 sqm.
In addition to its breathtaking engineering designs, smart technologies in lighting and other practical applications will be a staple of the Village project.
