IWG Expands in Egypt to meet growing demand for hybrid working with four new locations in Cairo

IWG, the world leader in hybrid work solutions is expanding its footprint to meet record demand amongst Egyptian businesses. IWG has signed partnership agreements for the development of four new co-working spaces in Cairo. The new locations are situated in the most sought after areas and are in response to growing demand from businesses of all sizes.

The four upcoming spaces are planned to be launched in 2023 and will be situated in Pioneer Plaza, Maspero Business Tower, and One Kattameya Maadi.

A state of the art building at The View by The Waterway in New Cairo will be the first Signature location in Egypt. It will be the first time, IWG introduces its flagship brand to Africa.
The View by the Waterway is a high end mixed use complex that features retail, residential and office space and is set to be IWG’s third managed partnership deal with Premier Group.

Regus Pioneer Plaza

Regus Pioneer Plaza will be developed in partnership with Global Pioneer Investment and Development and will be IWG’s first workspace in the new Capital of Egypt. The decision to expand to this area of Cairo was due to it being well-connected given the rapid growth and appeal of public and private entities shifting their bases to the new Capital. Pioneer Plaza also implements sustainable and environment friendly practices making it a sought after building for businesses in this sector. IWG is planning to launch its space in Pioneer Place by Q3 of 2023.

Regus Maspero Business Tower

IWG partnered with Premier Group for Regus Maspero Business Tower. Regus Maspero Business Tower is located in a 15 floor building comprised of business, commercial and retail units covering a total space of 1000 sqm. A high quality building with substantial parking available, IWG plans to open Regus Maspero Business Tower space in Q4 of 2023.

Regus One Kattameya, Maadi

In partnership with Memaar Al Morshedy, IWG will be developing Regus One Kattameya, a 616 sqm building comprised of12 floors. The mixed-use building with mainly office units is considered of a high quality ranking with a retail offering on its ground floor and convenient parking. The Regus co-working space is scheduled to open in Q1 of 2023.
