Fathy revealed that Life Gate Developments is set to officially launch Sky Gate on August 17 at a high-profile event hosted at a hotel in Sheikh Zayed, marking the company’s first project in Egyptian market.

He noted that Sky Gate is strategically located adjacent to MSA University in 6th of October City and will feature a mix of commercial and medical spaces, as well as branded hotel units operated by a professional hospitality brand. Mohamed Fathy has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development sector, during which he has held senior leadership positions at several companies and contributed to the management and execution of major projects throughout various stages of growth and expansion.

Ahmed El-Garhy represents a new generation of executive leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics and an MBA. He holds several key leadership positions, including Chairman of Riviera Niles for Investment and Real Estate Development and Chairman of MG for General Supplies. He also serves as a board member of MisrSteel and Egyptian Steel Fabrication Company.
