An alliance of 3 major real estate companies launches “BAYAN Compound” on 13 acres in New Minya
Alliance of “El Etahad Development” and “Summit Development” in partnership with “Dynamic Group”, announced the official launching of “BAYAN Compound”, as one of the newest residential projects in the expansion of New Minya City, in an initiative that aligns with the alliance’s commitment to support urban development in Upper Egypt and provide integrated residential projects that apply the needs of the real estate market in the Governorate.
The project was announced during a grand ceremony attended by prominent parliament members, businessmen, representatives of real estate development and marketing companies, as well as a number of public figures and media representatives.
Eng. Ahmed Megahed, Chairman of Summit Development, and Eng. Mohamed Khalaf, Chairman of Dynamic Group, reviewed the common vision behind the project, emphasizing that the collaboration between the two companies extended to all stages of development and engineering planning, aiming to deliver a real estate product based on quality, transparency, and commitment, to meet clients aspirations and adds real value to New Minya real estate market.
Eng. Ahmed Megahed, Chairman of Summit Development, said that the project represents the fruit of a strategic partnership between “El Etahad Development” Company as the land owner, “Summit Development” and “Dynamic Group” as the development partners, in an investment model that combines investment experience with a developmental vision and engineering planning, aiming to provide an integrated residential community that aligns with the urban boom in New Minya.
He pointed that the project is on an area of 13 acres, with a building percentage that doesn’t exceed 20% of the total land area, as the majority of the land is dedicated to green areas, services, and open areas, to enhance the quality of life and provide a comprehensive residential environment for residents.
Dr. Ashraf Othman, Managing Director of El Etahad Development Company, assured that the real estate market in Minya Governorate possesses promising opportunities that worth more ambitious investments, noting that the selection of Summit Development and Dynamic Group based on their extensive experience in real estate development and the company’s commitment to execute the project according to the highest professional and technical standards.
He explained that BAYAN Compound project is the first fruit of this investment alliance and comes under the slogan “Clarity in Every Detail”, reflecting the project’s philosophy based on transparency and clarity in planning and execution.
The participating companies emphasized that the project represents the beginning of a series of future projects aiming to contribute in the development of the urban landscape in Minya Governorate and establishing the concept of integrated residential communities in Upper Egypt.
