Karnak Developments has appointed ICO for Consultants as the executive consultant for its fully integrated residential project, Belva, in New Zayed City, west Cairo. The appointment reflects the company’s commitment to delivering the project in line with the highest engineering, construction, and quality standards.

The appointment comes as Belva enters its construction phase following the completion of all required approvals and regulatory permits, marking the project’s transition from planning to full-scale execution in line with its targeted development timeline.

The development is just three minutes from ZED Park, five minutes from Hyper One, seven minutes from Al Ahly Club, ten minutes from Arkan Plaza, Dandy Mall, and the Smart Village, and only fifteen minutes from Mall of Arabia, making it one of the most strategically located residential projects in New Zayed.
He further highlighted that Belva extends across 18.5 feddans, with a building footprint of just 19%, reflecting the company’s commitment to low-density development.
