Mass Developments has announced the appointment of Mohamed Abdallah as its Chief Sales Officer (CSO) as part of the company’s strategic expansion plan aimed at strengthening its leadership team and accelerating growth.
The move supports the company’s ambitious objectives to expand its project portfolio, currently valued at approximately EGP 28 billion, with a target of reaching EGP 50 billion by 2027.
The company stated that Abdallah’s appointment is aligned with its strategy to enhance sales performance and drive sustainable growth, particularly as it continues expanding across East Cairo and prepares to launch several new developments in the coming period.
Commenting on his appointment, Mohamed Abdallah expressed his enthusiasm about joining Mass Developments, noting that he is currently developing an innovative sales and marketing strategy tailored to the company’s distinguished portfolio of real estate projects.
Mass Developments is currently developing several flagship projects in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, including Olin Social District, a mixed-use development featuring commercial, administrative, and medical units. The project enjoys a prime location on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, one of the most prominent arterial roads in East Cairo.
The company has also launched Yardin New Cairo, a residential development offering a variety of housing units in a strategic location near 90th Street, providing residents with convenient access to key destinations and essential services across New Cairo.
Mass Developments further revealed that it is preparing to launch a new flagship project as part of its ambitious expansion strategy, which aims to increase the value of its project portfolio to EGP 50 billion by 2027 and further strengthen its position among Egypt’s leading real estate developers.
Mohamed Abdallah brings extensive experience in real estate sales, having held several senior leadership positions throughout his career. He has played a key role in delivering outstanding sales performance at a number of major real estate companies, reinforcing Mass Developments’ ability to achieve its sales and expansion targets in the coming phase.
