Slvr Communities starts excavation works in RVR concurrently with launching the project’s 2nd phase

SLVR Communities, a leading real estate development company, announced starting excavation and construction works in its commercial, administrative, and medical project “RVR,” in New Cairo, which reflects the company’s strong investment solvency and market confidence in its projects, especially given its total investments exceeds EGP 5 billion across a diverse portfolio.

Ahmed El Sewesy, Chairman of SLVR Communities, said that the project’s actual implementation coincides with strong sales figures, as the company successfully sold out the first phase and has now opened sales for the second phase, demonstrating the growing demand for the project and the significant confidence in the company’s vision and its ability to deliver a comprehensive real estate product with competitive standards.

He added that starting the project’s implementation is a practical manifestation of the company’s strategy, which is based on rapid execution and a complete commitment to its clients, noting that the company operates according to a clear investment vision aimed at delivering projects of genuine and sustainable value within the Egyptian market.

He pointed that the client became very aware and able to choose despite the strong competition, as the quality of implementation and speed of delivery are essential factors on which the client chooses the company he invests with.

He emphasized that the company is continuing to develop its existing projects while simultaneously exploring new investment opportunities to offer its clients, as part of its plan to meet the strong demand for its projects, in addition the company aims to launch new projects in the next period.

Regarding the marketing plan, Ahmed Mourad, Marketing manager at SLVR Communities, said that the marketing campaign for “RVR” project focused on delivering a unique and unconventional experience that reflects the project’s identity and the company’s ambitions, noting that using the hourglass as a visual symbol during the announcement of construction commencement successfully generated a significant engagement within the real estate market.

He pointed that using the “hourglass”, which accompanied the announcement of the start of excavation works, reflects the company’s philosophy of respecting time and translating promises into tangible, actionable steps, noting that SLVR Communities is not aiming to develop a traditional project, but rather to create an integrated business center that provides a sophisticated operational and investment environment in collaboration with leading consulting and operational entities.

He added that the project boasts strong attracting elements, primarily its strategic location directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis near Mohamed Naguib Axis, along with a variety of unit areas, competitive prices, and flexible payment plans, which contributed to attract a wide range of clients and investors.

He pointed that collaborating with specialized management, operation, and leasing entities gives the project a strong competitive advantage and enhances its ability to achieve the highest occupancy rates and investment returns in the future, especially given the increasing demand for mixed-use projects in New Cairo.

“RVR” project spans 2,000 square meters and is designed to include commercial, administrative, and medical units according to the latest international standards, ensuring a comprehensive experience for investors and clients.

He noted that achieving strong sales in record time, coinciding with the beginning of construction, reflects the company’s success in building strong trust with clients and investors, particularly given its reliance on accurate studies and the selection of strategic locations capable of achieving the highest return on investment.

SLVR Communities has also contracted a number of strategic alliances with major specialized entities to ensure the delivery of an integrated project, as “Hafez Consultants” is responsible for consulting and architectural designs, while the company is collaborating with “EHFS” to manage and operate the medical sector, in addition to collaborating with “Gateway” to provide financial solutions and consulting, and “Incomercial” to manage, operate and lease the commercial sector according to the latest global systems.
