Centerpoint Development Launching it’s First Project Harmony Business Complex at Downtown Area of the Administrative Capital

Centerpoint Development announced launching its new project in the New Administrative Capital “Harmony Business Complex”, which is an administrative and Commercial project located at the Downtown of new capital , with land area of 2704 square meters. This came during a press conference today in the presence of the company’s leaders.
Wael Ramadan, Chairman of Centerpoint Development, said that the company had choosen the Downtown district as a start of its Developments Because of high demand over this Unique area
which is a gathering point for all commercial and administrative projects, that makes it a business and entertainment area at the same time.
He explained that the company plans to present a project distinguished by the elements of luxury and entertainment, at the same time suits the target client and those looking for distinctive and guaranteed investment opportunities, therefore, the company has cooperated with a number of strong success partners in the market to implement a different and distinctive project in the Administrative Capital.
He noted that a contract was signed with Arcrete Engineering Consultants to be an engineering consultant for the project, with cooperation with MRB as the project manager, in addition to contracting with ProMEP, a leading electromechanical company, all of which enable the project to give an outcome with the best quality, design and management of operation in order to preserve the company’s reputation and client’s investments in the project.
He assured that the company is implementing the project raising the slogan “Luxury in your hands” to inform the client that he can get a luxury unit at the same time commensurate with his purchasing capabilities, and the project also introduces a new element, which is working in Co-Working Spaces, which will be managed by MRB for management and operation.
Eng. Abdallah , Centerpoint Board member, explained that the Harmony Business Complex project is located on an area of 2704 square meters, in the heart of the Downtown, and is an administrative commercial project with a ground and 10 floors high.
He added that the project is divided into two main parts, namely, shops and administrative units, as it overlooks 3 different corners, making each unit enjoy a view of an open and different view, besides the project’s distinguished location contributes in reaching a number of vital areas in the capital within a few minutes.
He pointed that the project is planned to be delivered within 4 years of contracting date with clients, provided that the implementation of the project will begin within a year of its official launch, as the company has a specific plan and timetables to fulfill its obligations towards its clients, praising the facilities provided by the Administrative Capital for Urban Development company to all investors to accelerate the rates of implementation.
Saeed Hassan, Centerpoint Board member, said that the company has a large precedent of residential, commercial and hotel projects, in various areas in the Fifth Settlement, the North Coast and Ain Sukhna, and the company was able in all these areas to serve its clients successfully that helped it to expand and head towards the administrative capital to continue serving its current clients and targeting new clients.
