Yahya Salama: The Builders of Egypt Exhibition Reflects Confidence in the Strength and Sustainability of the Egyptian Real Estate Market
Ambassador Essam Ashour, the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the United Arab Emirates, and Yahya Salama, Chairman of A2Z Real Estate and Exhibitions, inaugurated the Builders of Egypt Real Estate Exhibition at an official ceremony held this morning at the Radisson Blu Corniche Hotel – Al Qasr Hall in Abu Dhabi, the UAE capital.
The ambassador cut the ribbon to mark the opening of the event, which is considered the largest gathering of Egyptian real estate projects outside Egypt. He then toured the exhibition pavilions, reviewing the most prominent Egyptian real estate developments on display, and praised the scale of participation and the excellent organization, which reflect a positive image of Egypt’s real estate development sector.
For his part, Yahya Salama stated that the exhibition features the participation of 18 of Egypt’s largest real estate developers, showcasing around 50 diverse projects covering various regions across Egypt — from East and West Cairo and New Zayed to the New Administrative Capital. He emphasized that this event serves as a strategic platform to enhance the presence of Egyptian real estate in regional markets and attract more Arab investments to Egypt.
The ambassador was accompanied during the opening by Counselor Marwa Akasha, Deputy Ambassador; Minister Plenipotentiary for Commercial Affairs Manal Abdel-Tawab, Head of the Economic and Commercial Office at the Egyptian Consulate in Dubai; and Third Secretary for Commercial Affairs Hussein Abdel-Moneim, Deputy Head of the same office.
The exhibition runs from October 10 to 12, 2025, featuring a distinguished lineup of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, who are showcasing their latest projects and investment opportunities in Egypt to visitors and investors from the UAE and the wider region.
Held under the slogan “A Legacy Inspiring Tomorrow,” the exhibition embodies Egypt’s pioneering vision in real estate development and reaffirms the deep economic and investment ties between Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
The first day of the exhibition concluded with remarkable momentum and a strong turnout of visitors and investors, who expressed their admiration for the displayed projects, highlighting the strength and diversity of the Egyptian real estate market and its promising investment opportunities.
Yahya Salama concluded by affirming that the exhibition remains open for the second and third days, offering visitors the chance to discover Egypt’s most prominent real estate projects and benefit from exclusive offers presented by leading Egyptian developers.
