ECB PM&Consultancy office announced its list of achievements during 2021, and the most prominent features of its plan for the new year, supported by owning a varied projects’ portfolio
which the office designs and supervises its implementation for the benefit of the state and the private sector.
Chairman of ECB, Dr Mohamed Abdelghany said that the company managed to deliver 37 projects to clients in 2021 worth 49 billion pounds, and started working in 31 new projects at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022 worth 62 billion pounds, explaining that they are various projects and are being implemented for the benefit of public and private sectors.
He added that the company completed 173 projects with a total investment cost exceeding 254 billion pounds since 2015 till the end of 2021, and the company aims to raise the value to 350 billion pounds by the end of this year, depending on the volume of urban development currently implemented by the state, which also includes promising investment opportunities for the private sector.
He stated that the company aims to expand abroad in Africa, Asia and Europe during the current year, which aligns with the state’s plan to export the contracting sector and promising companies in Egypt abroad and facilitate their presence outside Egypt, especially in countries which witness reconstruction, which include investment opportunities that all international companies compete for.
He added that the company includes a qualified team work for local and international competition in various disciplines, with a total of 750 person including more than 600 engineers in various engineering sectors, as the company provides the necessary training to raise the efficiency of its employees and keep them up-to-date with what is new in the local and global market.
He assured that ECB PM & Consultancy office, provides integrated consulting engineering services, including project management, architectural, structural, electromechanical and infrastructure planning designs, as well as supervising the implementation of these projects, pointing out that the ECB PM & Consultancy office
is accredited by the Central Bank as one of real estate appraisal experts.
