Al-Oula Developments breaks ground on Miura project in New Sheikh Zayed

In line with its commitment to its clients, Al-Oula Developments announced the commencement of construction works on its Miura project in New Sheikh Zayed, as part of the company’s plan to execute and deliver the project ahead of the scheduled timeline.

Mohamed Mansour, Chairman of Al-Oula Developments, stated that earning and maintaining clients’ trust is the company’s foremost priority.

Mansour said that accelerating construction embodies Al-Oula’s strategy of integrity and strict adherence to deadlines, guaranteeing delivery at the highest quality standards while exceeding clients’ expectations.

He pointed out that the Miura community offers clients a unique opportunity for both living and investment in one of the most promising investment areas, at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed and New Sheikh Zayed on the Dahshur link.

The project enjoys a strategic location just minutes away from major vital roads such as Rod El-Farag Axis, the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, the 26th of July Corridor, and Sphinx International Airport.

He explained that the company has contracted with SDA Engineering Group to serve as the project’s architectural consultant, and with GCM Consultants to act as management and operations consultant. Both are well-established names in their fields with proven track records, reinforcing the company’s plan to deliver a landmark project in this area.

He noted that the Miura compound comes as part of the company’s expansion plan to develop integrated urban communities in areas witnessing strong customer demand, particularly New Zayed, which has become highly attractive for those seeking to live in a vibrant area with diverse services and robust infrastructure.

The company’s chairman revealed that the compound comprises standalone villas, with half of the total area devoted to green spaces and landscaping, just 15% allocated to buildings, and the remainder designated for utilities, roads, and services.

The project will feature a wide range of amenities, including a cinema, a central park, a gym, surveillance systems, a private garage for each villa, and an electric vehicle charging station, he concluded, further highlighted that the company is offering flexible payment plans, starting with a 5% down payment and installment plans of up to 15 years.
