Edge Holding will participate in “Egypt 2030” exhibition, which is scheduled to be launched in Dubai on February 18, with the participation of more than 30 real estate companies.
Karim Mamoun, Edge Holding CCO said that “Egypt 2030” exhibition is one of the important events that his company seeks to be present in, as part of the company’s plan to expand marketing its projects abroad and reach Egyptian clients working abroad and non-Egyptian ones.
He explained that Edge Holding is planning to launch the last phase of the Oia Compound project during the exhibition, which is a residential one in the New Administrative Capital and includes units ready for immediate delivery to clients, as it is a residential project located in the R7 area and is located on an area of 30 acres, including a commercial administrative mall.
Also, during the exhibition, “OIA Towers” project will be presented, which includes Twin Towers in a very privileged location directly on the Green River, and each tower consists of ground + 24 floors and 5 floors dedicated for parking, besides, the East Tower includes commercial, administrative and medical units, and the West tower includes hotel apartments, and a five-star hotel, which is the first five-star hotel on the Green River.
He revealed that new and exclusive offers will be offered during the exhibition period only and for clients who are reluctant to it, as the company aims to reach Egyptians clients working in Dubai or others non Egyptians working there.
For his part, Khaled Abdel Rahman, CEO of AL Etegah Al Awal company which is organizing the exhibition, said that the company keens on including the list of companies present at the exhibition a selection of the largest real estate companies operating in the Egyptian real estate market, in addition to the list of projects presented with the greatest diversity in order to meet the clients demands at the exhibition.
He assured that the exhibition will be the best platform for Egyptian companies to showcase their projects in all new cities, whether residential or coastal, as well as commercial, administrative and medical units, which provide the highest return on investment.
