Westway Developments to launches a mixed-use project in 6th of October City with targeted sales of EGP 7bn

Westway Developments is planning to launch a new project in 6th of City with targeted sales of EGP 7bln.

Mohamed Fawzy, CEO of the company, said that the project is located in 6th of October City’s first district, one of the first areas to be established in the city. It features upscale residential complexes and proximity to major institutes and universities that host a large number of students of various nationalities.

Students and a number of area visitors are looking for suitable hotel accommodation that meets their needs and is managed and supervised by specialized companies, and this is what the project offers. He noted that a hotel brand will be contracted to manage the hotel section.

He pointed out that the company was keen to obtain a license for the project’s hotel units, confirming the company’s seriousness and commitment to implementing its projects legally and in a regulated manner, protecting customer rights and affirming the company’s credibility.

He emphasized that Westway Developments aims to offer real estate products with diverse uses, including residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel properties, to meet customer needs. He also carefully studies the project’s location and market before determining the activities required to provide the products and services required to maximize the project’s benefits and provide added value through its projects.

For his part, Mohamed Abbas, Sales director at Westway Developments, stated that the project covers an area of 15,000sqm and consists of a ground and three floors with an innovative design, linking the buildings with separate entrances for different purposes.

Abbas added that customer purchase requests will begin at the end of the current quarter, noting that the project’s sales volume is estimated at approximately EGP 7bn. The company aims to sell approximately 40% of the project during the last quarter, with the project scheduled for delivery after three years.

He pointed out that the company owns six diverse projects, including residential, commercial, administrative, and medical projects. The company has successfully sold all of its projects in accordance with the strategy it set, and has achieved strong completion rates and construction ratios.

He noted that the company achieved total sales of approximately EGP 4bn across its projects in 2025, exceeding the company’s sales targets and confirming the company’s strength and position in the market and customer confidence.

Abbas emphasized that the company pays attention to the smallest details of its projects to create a competitive real estate product. It also strives to accelerate the pace of construction to meet schedules, while ensuring the highest quality in design and implementation, even after delivery to customers.
