Cairo Capital Developments delivers 1st phase of Lake West 1, set to complete 2nd phase in two months

Cairo Capital Developments has announced the completion of the 1st phase of its Lake West 1 project—one of the company’s flagship residential developments in Sheikh Zayed City. This milestone underscores the company’s strong commitment to delivering quality and upholding the highest standards for its clients.

Yasser Khalaf, Chairman of Cairo Capital Developments, stated that the successful handover of 1st phase, which received high praise from clients, reflects the company’s dedication to meeting delivery deadlines and providing top-tier quality.
He noted that the Lake West project is strategically located on Waslet Dahshour and covers an area of 43 feddans. The development offers a wide range of services and is being executed through self-financing. It comprises two phases, with the first already delivered, and the second currently underway and scheduled for handover within two months.

This upcoming phase includes 123 villas and is being implemented by Cairo Capital Contracting—a sister company with over 30 years of experience in the Saudi market. The firm holds a Grade A classification, underscoring its strong track record, operational scale, and technical expertise, Khalaf added.

He added that 96 villas have already been delivered and are now occupied by residents, pointed out that the company is working at full capacity to complete the second phase soon, maintaining the highest standards of quality. As the largest project on the Dahshour Link Road, spanning over 43 feddans, Lake West is positioned to become a model residential community in this prime location.

He concluded that the company is currently working on four projects simultaneously in Sheikh Zayed city, as part of an ambitious expansion plan aimed at strengthening its presence in one of the most attractive real estate investment areas in West Cairo. These projects are diverse in nature, designed to meet various needs and cater to a wide range of customers.
