For the first time in Egypt, Sarwa Insurance, a subsidiary of Contact Financial Holding, announces its collaboration with Zamalek Sporting Club to provide the first sports injury insurance policy covering all 150 players across all club divisions. This is considered as Egypt’s first-of-its-kind sports Injury Protection policy designed to cover all athletic activities under one umbrella.
The insurance policy offers broad protection against common on-field injuries, including ligament tears, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, bone fractures, joint dislocations, and emergency dental trauma. It also covers psychological and physical rehabilitation costs, among other benefits aimed at ensuring Zamalek SC players receive the highest standards of medical care and recovery support in the event of an injury sustained during matches.
