El Batal Developments achieves record-breaking sales in initial launch of Rock Yard in Sheraton Heliopolis
El Batal Developments announced a remarkable and record-breaking sales performance in the first phase of Rock Yard in Sheraton Heliopolis, East Cairo. The initial offering attracted high demand from the company’s loyal clients, who were eager to reserve their units. The launch event took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sheraton.
Eng. Emad Doss, CEO and Managing Director of El Batal Developments, stated that the company’s track record of successful projects has fostered strong customer loyalty, prompting previous clients to reinvest in new developments.

The units are available either fully finished or semi-finished based on individual needs, with flexible payment terms allowing for installments up to 8 years.
