PLD Development prepares to launch a new project in West Cairo by the end of July 2024

PLD Development Company intends to launch a new project in West Cairo district soon, which will be a distinctive and exceptional project in all its details, as it is located in a strategic and vital location in West Cairo.

Eng. Moustafa Metwally, PLD Chairman, said that the project is located in a distinguished location directly on El Wahat Road, and a contract was signed with one of the leading companies in management to manage the project, among the company’s plan to cooperate with strong specialized companies to maintain the project’s investment value.

He pointed that the company also contracted with DCI PLUS office as the project’s consultant, and the company offers distinctive payment systems to attract the clients and suit their financial plans.

He showed that this project will be the start of a series of distinguished projects that the company will launch for the same activity during the coming period, as the company owns a diversified land portfolio, and is also studying other investment opportunities in West Cairo, to align with the comprehensive development the region is witnessing and due to the shortage of projects offered to clients.

He added that the company began its projects in 6th October and October Gardens, and launched separate projects, aiming to diversify its investment portfolio and launch various investment projects, besides the company currently owns a commercial mall on El Wahat Road and another one on the Middle Ring Road.

He explained that the company aims to expand in the establishment of commercial malls and residential communities, to be one of the largest real estate development companies by providing innovative, unconventional and distinctive projects to its clients, in addition to maintaining smart management and operation for these projects, to ensure the best return on investment for clients.
