Reportage Egypt, one of the Emirati Reportage Properties companies operating in Egyptian real estate market, announced achieving high construction rates in Montenapoleone project, within only 6 months since beginning the project constructions, as the company aims to adhere to delivery dates with its clients.
CEO of Reportage Egypt Hanna Karam said that the company has been working with all its efforts in accelerating the project construction rates since it began working on it by the end of last year, added that commitment is an essential part of the company’s business strategy.
Karam highlighted that the company has begun construction works in the compound after its launch in a very short time.

Constructions were carried out according to a specific plan linked to the delivery date, while maintaining the quality of properties that is being built in order to enhance customer confidence in the company and sustaining its credibility in developing real estate product with all features agreed upon with customers,” Karam disclosed.
The company’s CEO elaborated that Montenapoleone compound is located on 111 acres within Mostakbal City, east Cairo. The development comprises a state-of-the-art fully finished townhouse, in addition to apartments with distinct spaces, starting from one bedroom to 4 bedrooms, with the highest levels of luxury finishing.
