ALJAR Developments announces participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025 with exclusive offers

ALJAR Developments confirmed its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, the region’s leading real estate event, running from 24 to 27 September at Hall 3, Booth C40. The company will feature special pricing and competitive offers on its flagship projects, Aljar British District (JBD) and Aljar Sheraton.

Eng. Wasim Taha, Managing Director of ALJAR Developments, stated that the company’s participation in Cityscape Egypt provides an important opportunity to engage directly with clients, better understand their needs and aspirations, and develop real estate units that meet these requirements while keeping pace with market trends.

The JBD spans over 70 feddans with a total investment of approximately EGP 20bn. Its first phase includes around 1,200 residential and serviced units, with the hotel units managed by Concorde Hotels and Resorts, following innovative architectural designs that meet high standards of luxury and quality.

He explained that the project combines luxury residential units with educational, medical, and commercial services. It features swimming pools, green spaces, and a fully equipped clubhouse, as well as an educational zone that includes the first British University for Medical Sciences in partnership with Aston University, alongside a hospital and healthcare and commercial facilities stretches over 25 feddans.

Eng. Wasim Taha disclosed that construction work on the project has already begun prior to its official launch for sale, reflecting the company’s strong financial solvency and its commitment to high-quality standards and serious execution.

He added that this strategy provides clients with confidence and assurance regarding the project’s timely completion, noted that the company aims to finish and hand over the entire project within just three years, further strengthening its credibility in the real estate market.

Further, the project enjoys a strategic location on the Suez Road, directly opposite Open Air Mall, just minutes from the New Administrative Capital and Cairo International Airport, making it one of the most prominent residential and investment destinations in the area.

The company intends to offer special payment plans for the Aljar Sheraton project, located next to City Centre Almaza Mall in the heart of Nasr City, surrounded by a comprehensive network of services and major roads, Eng. Taha revealed.

He pointed out that the project’s proximity to major commercial centers and shopping areas provides clients with the advantage of a prime location that combines luxury living with easy access to key destinations in East Cairo.

He also highlighted that Aljar Sheraton is strategically positioned just 3 minutes from Cairo International Airport, directly behind City Centre Almaza, 30 minutes from the New Administrative Capital, and 4 minutes from the heart of Nasr City, making it an ideal hub connecting Cairo’s most vital areas.

The Aljar Sheraton offers a comprehensive range of amenities and services, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, green spaces, waterfalls, and underground parking. The compound features residential units with varied spaces: one-bedroom units range from 60 to 87 sqm, two-bedroom units from 100 to 145 sqm, and three-bedroom units from 146 to 174 sqm.

ALJAR Developments’ CEO highlighted that the first phase has been fully delivered; featuring 160 luxury-serviced units managed by Concorde El Salam, complete with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens. The final phase is now 80% complete, with the entire project expected to be handed over within two years.
