The activities of the the 8th “Nile Property Expo” will be launched in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the participation of major developers of the real estate sector, from the 24th to the 26th of November, which will be inaugurated by Ambassador Suha Gendy, Minister of State for Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians Abroad, Ahmed Farouk Egypt’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development.
The activities of the 8th “Nile Property Expo” will be also inaugurated by Mr. Yasser Zaidan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ALQAMZI Development” – Egypt for Real Estate Investment, and a number of officials of the real estate companies participating in the exhibition.
Dr. Basem Kalila, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Expo Republic Company for Organizing Conferences and Exhibitions, the company organizing the 8th “Nile Property Expo”, stated that it is launching a new round of the “Nile Real Estate” exhibition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after the great success witnessed by the three rounds, two in Riyadh and one in Jeddah in the Kingdom during the current year.
He praised the growing requests of clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether from resident Egyptians in the Kingdom of Saudi citizens, for Egyptian residential and service real estate, especially in the New Administrative Capital, the coasts and East Cairo.
Local currency weakness raises the attractiveness of the Egyptian real estate prices
He indicated that the decline in the value of the local currency raises the attractiveness of the Egyptian real estate prices and it is expected that the companies present in the 8th “Nile Property Expo” will achieve great sales, especially with the distinguished offers and facilities with which the companies compete during the exhibition.
He affirmed the company’s keenness to contract with serious developers, which contributed to gaining the confidence of clients in the Arab world.

The the 8th “Nile Property Expo” has been able to advance the file of exporting Egyptian real estate abroad since its inception in 2017, as it enabled the companies to display their projects in the Arab Gulf countries, which contributed to introducing a large segment of customers abroad to Egyptian projects and companies.
In addition, the good organization and keenness of the organizing company to contract with only serious companies and to adhere to the laws of the organizing countries contributed to gaining the confidence of clients outside Egypt.
