Capital Hills appoints “EFS Egypt” to manage and operate its projects in the New Administrative Capital
Capital Hills Developments has appointed “EFS MISR”, a subsidiary of EFS International specialized in integrated facilities management in Egypt, to manage and operate its projects in the New Administrative Capital.

Salah added that under the contract, EFS MISR provides facilities management and operation services for Point 9 and Point 11 projects in the New Administrative Capital, in addition to Park Point project, which is a commercial icon in the New Capital’s Downtown.

Park Point project, in the Downtown area, is also considered a mega project, as it is being built on an area of 10,000 square meters, with a construction rate of not more than 30%.
