Sea View Development partners with Absolute Hotel Services – Middle East & Africa to launch, operate U Residences & Hotel Sahl Hasheesh

Sea View Real Estate Development has entered into a strategic partnership with the international hospitality brand U Hotels & Resorts operate U Residences & Hotel Sahl Hasheesh as a premier branded residences destination.

The collaboration marks a significant step toward delivering a fully integrated hospitality and residential experience, further reinforcing Sahl Hasheesh’s standing as one of the Red Sea’s most distinguished tourism and investment hubs.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Sherif Roshdy, Chairman of Sea View Real Estate Development, and Mr. Kevork Deldelian, Managing Director of Absolute Hotel Services – Middle East & Africa, in the presence of senior representatives from both companies.

Under the agreement, U Hotels & Resorts will oversee the full management and operation of U Residences & Hotel Sahl Hasheesh, ensuring exceptional service quality and a seamless hospitality experience for both residents and visitors.

Under the agreement with Absolute Hotel Services – Middle East & Africa, the owner and operator of the U Hotels & Resorts brand, all residential units within the development will be offered as branded residences, managed and serviced in line with international hospitality standards. The hotel component will likewise operate under the U Hotels & Resorts brand, creating a unified destination distinguished by consistent service excellence, premium amenities, and internationally benchmarked operational standards.

The project’s hotel will also be operated under the U Hotels & Resorts flag, ensuring a seamless guest and resident experience while maintaining consistent service quality and operational excellence across the entire destination.

U Hotels & Resorts will deliver a full suite of hospitality and property management services, including housekeeping, round-the-clock security, facilities management, and operational support, ensuring the preservation of asset value while providing residents and guests with a seamless, high-quality living experience.
