Salam properties starts work in Boyot New Mansoura as part of its commitment to scheduled delivery timeline
Salam properties company, announced the commencement of work in its project “Boyot New Mansoura”,
as the company has begun site preparation, including soil testing and excavation works, expecting to start construction in the coming period, in a step that reflects the company’s commitment to the project’s timeline.
Ahmed Kassem, Salam properties Vice Chairman and CEO, said that the commencement of work represents a significant milestone in the project’s development, reflecting the company’s commitment and rapid transition from the planning phase to on-site execution, noting that “Boyot New Mansoura” is a comprehensive destination for modern living, designed to offer an unprecedented residential and investment experience in the city.
He added that the project reflects the company’s vision of delivering a distinctive real estate product that integrates international brands and advanced services within a single development, which was achieved through an exclusive partnership with Hilton Garden Inn for the management and operation of the hotel component, alongside “e& Egypt” company, which is responsible for implementing the project’s smart technology infrastructure.
He emphasized that the project is planned to be built on a total area of approximately 84,000 square meters, with the majority of the area dedicated to green areas, services, and recreational activities, regarding that the built-up area wont exceed approximately a quarter of the total land area, ensuring an integrated and sustainable environment that enhances the quality of life within the project.
He pointed that the project enjoys an exceptional strategic location in the heart of the second phase of New Mansoura City, as its situated on Plot A, as the first project with a direct sea view, boasting a 500-meter frontage, besides being adjacent to the city’s largest service area and close to universities, vital facilities, and main axes, further enhancing its investment and residential value.
