Liberty Developments contracts with Moharram Bakhoum as a new success partner for AT Project in the North Coast
Liberty Developments company, announced contracting with the international consulting company Moharram Bakhoum, to serve as the executive consultant for AT project in the North Coast, as this cooperation aligns with the company’s strategy of engaging leading engineering and consulting entities to ensure the project’s execution according to the highest international standards.
Ahmed Diab, Liberty Developments Chairman, said that contracting with Moharram Bakhoum represents a pivotal step in the company’s plan to deliver an exceptional project in the Egyptian market, especially given the firm’s extensive experience and proven track record in executing several major projects both inside Egypt and globally.
He added that the selection of the consulting company came after an accurate study for its experience and distinguished track record, which includes prominent projects both within Egypt and abroad, noting that the company aims through this collaboration, to deliver a unique urban and tourism experience befitting the project’s scale and the strategic location.
He assured that Liberty Developments relies on building strong partnerships with entities possessing genuine vision and experience, ensuring the highest levels of quality in execution and operation.
He noted that “Moharram Bakhoum” name represents a significant value in both local and regional markets, which enhances the project’s strength and the confidence of clients and investors.
He pointed that “AT” project is situated in one of the most strategic locations in Sidi Abd El-Rahman at kilometer 127 on the North Coast, on an area of 105 acres, besides it is based on “Organic Design” philosophy, which focuses on achieving complete harmony between architectural elements and nature, providing smooth flow of movement and wide open areas, while maintaining low building densities and heights not exceeding a ground floor and two upper floors, thus guaranteeing the highest levels of privacy and luxury.
He noted that the project includes a comprehensive group of recreational and tourism facilities designed to offer a year-round integrated experience, which include 30,000 square meters aqua park, which is regarded as one of the largest in the North Coast, as well as an extensive network of lagoons and a lazy river connecting the various areas of the project, in addition to three international hotels which will support sustainable hotel operations and enhance the project’s investment value.
He emphasized that this contract added to a list of agreements with the project’s partners, including “Azure” Engineering Consultants, a leading engineering office in Egypt and abroad, which will provide consultancy services, and the company is also collaborating with e-mak, a subsidiary of Al-Kharafi Group specializing in water and entertainment projects, to develop the largest aqua park in the North Coast within “AT” project.
Additionally, the company continues to announce new contracts to ensure the project’s implementation according to international standards in the Egyptian market.
