Free Brokers surpasses 1,000 transactions since launch, emerging as a leader in digital real estate marketing

Free Brokers has announced that it has surpassed 1,000 sales transactions through its application since launch, reflecting its success in driving strong sales and supporting the growth strategies of real estate marketers.

The milestone highlights the application’s solid performance and the exclusive advantages it offers, enabling users to achieve high sales volumes.

Ahmed Amer, CEO Of Free Brokers application, said the platform serves as a comprehensive digital hub, providing access to a wide database of real estate projects alongside qualified leads for marketers.

He added that Free Brokers offers some of the highest commissions in real estate market, with fast and clearly scheduled payouts, while equipping marketers with the tools needed to maximize sales for partner developers.

Since its launch, the platform has been built on a strategic vision aimed at redefining the role of real estate brokers in Egyptian market by shifting them from a traditional individual-based model to a more efficient, data-driven and digitally enabled approach, enhancing their ability to achieve strong sales results, Amer noted.

He further pointed out that the idea of Free Brokers, which was conceived in 2023 and officially launched in June 2024, came as a direct response to the key challenges facing real estate sales professionals—most notably the lack of reliable data, unclear working mechanisms, and delayed commission payments.

Accordingly, the application has addressed these issues by developing an integrated system that supports brokers throughout all stages of the sales process.

He disclosed, “Thanks to the strong advantages offered by Free Brokers, we are seeing a continuous increase in the number of real estate marketers joining and actively using the platform. This demonstrates our success in reaching the right audience, and we remain committed to supporting our partners by continuously enhancing the platform and adding competitive features”.

Amer also explained that Free Brokers achieved EGP 3.2bn in third-party sales in 2025, fueled by growth in its user base and the expanding range of projects marketed through the platform. Moreover, the company aims to reach EGP 4bn in sales for 2026, having already secured the first EGP 1bn of this annual target in the first quarter.

He explained that the application provides an up-to-date database of real estate projects, while continuously offering new clients, along with competitive commissions among the highest in the market. This operates within a fully transparent system, supported by clear legal contracts that specify commission rates and payout schedules, enhancing user confidence and stability in transactions.

“The application goes beyond simply facilitating sales, aiming to enhance operational processes across the sector. It allows real estate marketers to build and manage sales teams directly within the platform, promoting a shift toward more professional and structured brokerage models,” Amer said. “In addition, data protection remains a cornerstone of the platform’s growth. All broker information is securely protected, ensuring operational confidentiality and preventing access by any third party, which has fostered a strong foundation of trust between the application and its users”.

He highlighted that the platform has recently seen a notable increase in sales to clients outside Egypt, reflecting its ability to expand reach and attract new investor segments—particularly amid growing demand for certain real estate products, with hotel units receiving significant attention.

Since its launch, Free Brokers has surpassed 1,000 sales transactions and established a broad geographic presence covering all high-demand areas, from the North Coast to New Cairo, New Capital, and cities in east Cairo.

Free Brokers’ founder stated that the company continues to enhance the application regularly, both in terms of technology and operational mechanisms, ensuring it adapts to market changes and provides an efficient user experience. The next phase will focus on expanding partnerships and increasing transaction volumes to support the application’s sales targets for the year.

Amer concluded that Free Brokers aims to cement the “digital real estate brokerage” model as a key driver of market growth, empowering sales teams and improving their efficiency—ultimately boosting sales rates and contributing to the long-term sustainability of the sector.
