Maqam for Urban Development commence construction works of Optima Business Complex at New Capital

Maqam for Urban Development has announced the commencement of construction works on its Optima Business Complex in New Administrative Capital, in line with the company’s commitment to meeting planned timelines for constructions and client delivery.

The project includes commercial units with an average size of 45 sqm—totaling 32 units—and administrative units with an average spaces of 45 sqm—totaling 157 units. The building will rise to 13 floors.
