This partnership was formalized with the signing of contracts by Arch. Samer Samir, CEO of Profilerz, and Mr. Mostafa Gamal, CEO of Pulse Developments.
The primary goal of this partnership is to offer the market an exclusive product driven by a new client- oriented perspective. Profilerz will bring innovative design expertise, leveraging their skills to create cutting-edge master plans and architectural solutions.
This will enhance the user experience across multiple facets, including approach, parking, pedestrian networks, views, orientation, ventilation, and aesthetics, all contributing to a seamless and smooth living environment.
As a first step in this collaboration, Profilerz has been commissioned to masterplan and design two new projects, representing a significant investment in the South Sinai Governorate.
